視力回復トレーニングの種類
視力回復トレーニングは以下のような種類があります。
●遠近運動
遠くを見たり、近くを見たりする運動。
毛様体という目の筋肉をほぐす効果があります。
視力回復する上で一番重要な運動。
●眼球ストレッチ
上下左右、斜めを見る運動。
これも眼の筋肉をほぐす効果があります。
遠近運動とセットで行いましょう。
●ピンホールマスク
小さな穴が開いたマスクやメガネをつけることで
モノがハッキリと見えるという不思議なアイテム。
正確に言うと視力回復トレーニングではありませんが
目の疲れを軽くする効果があります。
視力が0.1程度ならメガネなしでPC操作、読書くらい出来るでしょう。
●3D立体視
ちょっと前に話題となった、3D立体視による視力回復法。
原理は、焦点を変えることで遠くや近くを見るのと同じ効果を与えるというものです。
分類としては、遠近トレーニングと同じですね。
私の知ってる代表的な視力回復トレーニングは以上です。
もしかしたら、他にも効果的なトレーニング法があるかもしれません。
発見しだい追加していきたいと思います。
